We work closely with you through email, phone, and video calls to create timeless, rustic, and elegant interiors that are highly personal, functional, and full of character.
You’ll receive a complete design pack, including a mood board, colour schemes and a curated shopping list, allowing you to order everything at your own pace and implement the design yourself with all the fun and none of the stress.

The Package

The Brief
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an attachment to two important links: One to schedule your 40-minute Design Consultation and another to complete a brief questionnaire to help understand your needs, desires and style. Take photos & measurements of the space (using our guide). Then send us inspiration images – the most fun & important part! As this will really help us get a good understanding of the project.
Contract
Once we have received your questionnaire and your design fee, we will then send you a contract.
Consultation
Upon receiving your signed contract, we will schedule a 30-45 minute (package-dependent) consultation via phone or video call to review the project scope in more detail and obtain a comprehensive design brief.
Design
Allow up to 3-4 weeks* for us to create the beautiful designs. Making your dream become a reality.
*From design fee payment & all info received. Lead times are subject to change during busy periods.
Delivery
You will receive a beautiful presentation via e-mail of your package with all the style notes and tips making it easy to implement yourself.
Finally, following this, any feedback or changes are received, and any necessary revisions are made by us.
