We can create a bespoke interior design service, whether it is a full or part design service the client requires or needs. Working on a range of projects providing residential interior design for both private clients and property developers. Our design service is efficient but in-depth while being split into the following stages.
Design Brief
The brief involves working very closely together with our clients and taking time to gather information to create a detailed design brief that reflects their requirements, aspirations, design influences, lifestyle alongside daily functionality. We will build a picture of the project through site visits and floor plans, take photographs and draft floor plans to work out the scope of the project looking carefully at budget and timescale. Following the briefing stage we will provide a proposal to the client outlining the brief as we understand it, including an estimated budget for the Furniture, Fittings & Equipment (FF&E) along with our associated design fee.
Design Concept
After establishing the brief, we create the conceptual designs, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, mood boards containing samples of the proposed finishes as well as imagery of the suggested furniture and joinery concepts. This is very much a collaborative stage of the design and we invite our clients to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the same page.
Design Development
Once designs have been approved, we progress to the design development and detail design stage. During this stage, all final bespoke furniture, joinery, fittings, and equipment will be presented, along with all final finishes, curated art and accessories for the client’s approval. We will also at this stage present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
Procurement
Our Procurement Service is designed to provide a comprehensive and seamless experience, ensuring every detail of your project is handled with expertise and care. We source the finest materials, furnishings, and accessories from our trusted network of suppliers, delivering products that meet the highest standards and align perfectly with your design vision.
From managing orders to coordinating logistics, we take care of every stage of the procurement process. We oversee the entire journey with precision, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience from initial selection through to final delivery. With our meticulous approach, you can trust that every element will be expertly managed to bring your project to life effortlessly.
Installation
The project can be progressed on either supply supply-only basis, where products are supplied with no project coordination or on a project coordination basis. Along with project coordination, a schedule of work will be outlined and agreed upon. Once onsite requirements have been met, work will commence with trustworthy contractors and overseen by us. Regular site meetings to ensure designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and the project is progressing as planned. We will keep the client updated throughout the process, as well as oversee the snagging period, installation of all the soft furnishings and the finishing touches to help the client see their beautiful design become a reality.
